Southern Nuclear is seeking a PMO Business Intelligence & Project Performance Analyst to support governance, reporting, and decision-making across project portfolios. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced degree or relevant certification is preferred (Power BI Data Analyst, CPA, PMP, or PMI-PBA).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards, KPIs, and project performance reports.
• Analyze project and portfolio performance across cost, schedule, forecast, risk, resource utilization, earned value, and financial results.
• Validate and reconcile data; document metric logic, data lineage, and business rules; ensure reporting accuracy and traceability.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, data ownership, validation controls, and acceptance criteria.
• Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve consistency and efficiency.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and analytical summaries for leadership.
• Support PMO governance metrics and reporting for monthly cycles and portfolio reviews.
• Provide guidance and training to report users for consistent interpretation of metrics.
• Manage reporting solutions from requirements to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Evaluate emerging analytics and AI capabilities to improve reporting efficiency and visibility.
