Job summary

Southern Nuclear is seeking a PMO Business Intelligence & Project Performance Analyst to join the PMO. The role focuses on delivering BI solutions, dashboards, and analytics that provide visibility into project and portfolio performance across cost, schedule, and risk.

Based in Birmingham, AL or at an SNC plant (Farley, Hatch, Vogtle), the position partners with project controls, finance, engineering, IT, and site leadership to improve data reliability and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Advanced degree or relevant certification is preferred.
• Experience with BI dashboards and analytics is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards, KPIs, and project performance reports.
• Analyze project and portfolio performance across cost, schedule, forecast, risk, resource utilization, earned value, and financial results.
• Validate and reconcile data; document metric logic, data lineage, and business rules; ensure reporting accuracy and traceability.
• Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve consistency and efficiency.
