Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking a Production Manager to lead Production and Production Warehouse operations across multiple locations. You will manage budgets, lead associates, and drive engagement while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role serves as the IT/technical liaison for the unit, guiding process improvements and resource planning. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of food-manufacturing experience, with HACCP and GMP familiarity and strong leadership, communication and budgeting

Formación

• Requires 7+ years of Production/Manufacturing experience in a food environment.
• HACCP and GMP certifications are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain production plans to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Determine headcount requirements and labor utilization to achieve goals.
• Schedule equipment and team resources to support production plans.
• Track yield rates to meet or exceed goals.
• Manage work orders to ensure proper audits and closure of periods.
• Set department performance metrics to monitor productivity and KPIs.
• Develop and monitor annual department budgets and manage expenses.
