Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related science field is required.
• 5–10 years FSQA management experience in meat/seafood.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage FSQA programs (HACCP, GMPs, sanitation).
• Lead training and direct FSQA staff and audits.
• Oversee recalls, traceability, and supplier QA interactions.
• Support regulatory interactions and plant sanitation.
