Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Safety leader for our Cold Spring, MN poultry processing facility. You will develop and administer safety programs, conduct audits, and deliver training to promote a safe, healthy workplace and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with plant leadership to foster a proactive safety culture, support continuous improvement, and maintain safety records and training data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Safety Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of related safety experience preferred in manufacturing or food processing.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazards and promote preventive safety measures across the plant.
• Develop and implement safety systems, policies, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations and audits.
