Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring production team members to operate on the processing line, performing tasks such as cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting products to meet strict safety and quality standards. This hands-on role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and learning in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation starts with a base hourly rate of $19.30 plus a $1.50 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts; scheduling includes days, evenings, and nights.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the line per Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.

• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Rotate tasks across different areas of production as needed.
