Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Hourly position on our processing line. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products to meet safety and quality standards, operating equipment and maintaining a clean area.

You’ll follow USDA guidelines and contribute to a safe, efficient team environment. The role includes typical Monday–Friday scheduling with some weekend work; base pay starts at $17.95/hour with a $2.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, plus attendance incentives and

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and work quickly.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow simple instructions.
• Team-oriented with willingness to work near others at some stations.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products using tools, labor, and equipment per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support team by sharing skills and promoting a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working across production areas as needed.
