Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking dedicated production team members to support our processing line. You will perform tasks such as cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting products to meet strict safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food-industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on a fast-paced production line.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line per standards.
• Operate equipment and monitor for malfunctions.
• Maintain clean, organized work area.
• Adhere to safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support teammates and share skills.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work in different production areas.
