Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking production hourly staff to join the processing line. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry to meet safety and quality standards, operate equipment, and maintain a clean work area while following biosecurity guidelines.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to learn and grow with a company committed to excellence. Training and compliance with safety rules are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: ability to multitask, communicate well, follow instructions, and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Keep a clean, organized work area following safety and welfare guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and promoting a positive atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Be flexible to work in different production areas as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
