Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a Production Hourly worker to join our processing line. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products to meet strict safety and quality standards, operate equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced setting. Teamwork and attention to detail are essential to success.

This role offers stability with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend work. Base pay begins at $19.65 per hour with a $1.10 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line according to USDA and Pilgrim's standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, food safety and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support team members and promote a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
• Show flexibility by performing tasks in different areas as needed.
