Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking team members for production roles on the processing line, performing cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspection to meet safety and quality standards. You will operate equipment, maintain a clean area, and follow safety guidelines in a fast-paced setting.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn as we grow together. Physical requirements include standing long hours in cool environments and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience a plus.
• Able to multitask, communicate well, and work closely with others.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products following Pilgrim’s and USDA standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Keep work area clean and follow safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support colleagues by sharing skills and promoting a positive atmosphere.
