Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Hourly team member to operate on the processing line, cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting poultry products. You will follow safety, biosecurity, and quality standards while maintaining equipment and a clean work area.

Ideal candidates will be dependable, eager to learn, and ready to grow with a company focused on excellence. This role offers a base hourly rate and a shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on production line according to standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.

• Perform other duties as assigned to meet goals.
