Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a Production Hourly role on the processing line. You’ll cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry to meet strict safety and quality standards, operate equipment, and keep a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED, poultry or food-industry experience is a plus, strong teamwork and communication, and the ability to multitask in cool temperatures. Schedule: Monday–Friday with some weekend work.
