Job summary

Pilgrim's is hiring for a Production Hourly role in Russellville, AL. You will work on the processing line, performing tasks such as cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting products to meet safety and quality standards.

You will operate equipment, maintain a clean area, and follow safety protocols. We offer a Monday-Friday schedule with some weekend work, benefits after 60 days, PTO, and a $18 per hour base rate plus a $2 shift differential for second and third shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly, good communication skills.
• Team player and able to work near others at stations.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products according to USDA and Pilgrim's standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support team members by sharing skills and knowledge.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by performing tasks in different areas of production.
• Other duties as assigned.
