Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ degree in Food Science or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum one year related experience in food product development; poultry industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in product development projects including benchtop prototype products and documentation processes.
• Develop and improve the project summary process and coordinate with personnel on unusual processes.
• Assist in commercialization ensuring regulatory and internal guidelines are met.
• Perform required data entry for commercialization in Optiva or similar software.
• Coordinate plant scale up activities with Scheduling, Operations, QA, and R&D project managers.
