Qualifications

Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Experience in food product development, deformulation, reverse engineering, or commercialization.
Hands-on poultry manufacturing, breading application, frying, or related processing is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of nutrition labeling and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and improve breading systems, coatings, batters, predusts, seasonings, marinades, and related products for poultry applications.
Lead customer presentations, product demonstrations, and post-launch optimization; communicate product benefits and solutions clearly.
Plan bench, pilot, and plant trials; document formulas and results.
Collaborate with Quality, Production, Sales, and suppliers to scale products and troubleshoot issues.
