Qualifications

Minimum one year in a manufacturing setting.
Three years in food manufacturing or poultry preferred.
Leadership experience with policy adherence and performance coaching.
Knowledge of timekeeping, Top 25 behaviors, conflict resolution.
Experience with poultry processing and food safety regulations (USDA/OSHA).
English communication required; multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise production line/department to meet schedules and budgets.
Allocate and rotate personnel to maximize efficiency and ergonomics.
Ensure accurate daily reporting (attendance, yields, etc.).
Identify and implement process improvements to boost throughput and quality.
Partner with QA to maintain USDA-compliant sanitary environment.
Mentor and coach staff; administer disciplinary actions fairly.
Enforce safety policies and PPE usage; promote zero-accident culture.
Coordinate with other departments to meet location goals; adhere to union contract if applicable.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
