Qualifications

• Lead production schedules and optimize line performance.
• Ensure adherence to HACCP, GMP, SSOP and USDA/OSHA standards.
• Mentor and coach team members and implement discipline when needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 100 employees and ensure procedures meet production goals.
• Coordinate rotation of personnel to maximize efficiency and ergonomics.
• Maintain accurate daily reports on attendance, yields, and production metrics.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support safety initiatives and enforce PPE usage across shifts.
