Wayne Farms LLC in Alabama is seeking a Poultry Processing Supervisor to oversee production line personnel, ensuring adherence to HACCP, GMP and USDA requirements while driving productivity to meet customer specifications.

You will deploy staff, monitor safety and quality, coach teammates, and participate in performance reviews. Collaborate with QA and other departments to maintain a zero-defect, efficient operation.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year in manufacturing; three years in food/poultry preferred.
• Strong communication in English; multilingual ability a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA, GMP, HACCP required.
• Willingness to work extended shifts, nights, weekends or holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise production line/department personnel to meet schedules and budgets.
• Deploy and rotate staff to optimize efficiency and ergonomics.
• Ensure accurate daily reporting (attendance, yields, etc.).
• Partner with QA to maintain food safety and sanitary standards.
