Job summary

Wayne Farms is seeking a team member to perform tasks on the poultry processing line, including disassembly and further processing to meet product specifications. Compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and all relevant laws is required.

The role involves working unsupervised, maintaining sanitary conditions, and reporting issues affecting food safety or quality. Night, weekend, holidays, and extended shifts are included in the schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble or further process poultry into specified products per customer or company specifications.
• Adhere to safe work practices and sanitary procedures to maintain product quality.
• Report any condition or practice that may affect food safety, quality, or safety of personnel.
• Comply with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
