Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a Line Associate to support poultry processing on the production line, performing tasks such as disassembly, deboning, or evisceration as assigned. You will work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on safety and quality.

The role requires adherence to safety policies, use of PPE, and the ability to work non-standard shifts. Lifting up to 50 lbs and exposure to wet, cold conditions with animal odors and noise are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous poultry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform production related tasks surrounding poultry processing such as debone or evisceration.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE (e.g. non-slip footwear, hair and beard nets, etc.) correctly.
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.
