Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking workers to disassemble or further process poultry on the manufacturing line, adhering to NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and regulations. Responsibilities include following safety practices and maintaining sanitary conditions to ensure product quality.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (preferred), ability to work unsupervised, and a strong work ethic. This role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 60 lbs in a hot, wet environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.
• Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs in hot, wet or cold environments.

Responsabilités

• Disassemble or further process poultry into specified products per customer or company specifications.
• Adhere to safe work practices, policies and procedures; maintain sanitary conditions to ensure product quality.
• Report any condition or practice that may adversely affect food safety, food quality and/or personnel safety.
• Perform all work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
