Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is hiring a Line Associate to assist on the poultry production line. You will be involved in disassembly and a variety of processing tasks as shifts rotate, while following all safety and sanitation policies.

The role requires the ability to work non-standard shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate in a wet, cold environment with exposure to odors. On-the-job training is provided and benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in poultry processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform production related tasks surrounding poultry processing such as debone or evisceration.
• Perform all duties in compliance with Company policies and procedures, agency guidelines (i.e. NCC Animal Welfare, U.S.D.A, etc.) and Federal, State and local legal requirements.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly at all times to promote a zero accident culture.
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.
