Wayne-Sanderson Farms in Guntersville, Alabama is seeking a team member for disassembly and further processing of poultry on the manufacturing line. The role requires adherence to company policies, NCC Animal Welfare guidelines, and all applicable laws.

Responsibilities include performing line tasks under supervision, maintaining sanitary conditions, reporting safety or quality concerns, complying with safety programs, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours
• Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character

Responsabilités

• Disassemble or further process poultry per specifications.
• Maintain sanitary conditions to ensure product quality.
• Report conditions affecting food safety, quality or personnel safety.
• Perform all work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned
