Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a hands‑on production role on the processing line. You’ll cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry to meet strict safety and quality standards while operating equipment and keeping the area clean and organized.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma/GED (experience in poultry or food industry a plus) and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Ability to multitask, good communication, teamwork, and attentiveness.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned as needed.
