Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking production hourly team members to join the processing line on a fast-paced shift. You’ll cut, trim, package, inspect, and operate equipment while following USDA and Pilgrim’s safety standards to deliver high-quality poultry products.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability in a busy production environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and some food-industry experience is a plus; strong communication and willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Ability to multitask, communicate well, and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products using tools, manual labor, and equipment according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, food safety and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support team members by sharing skills and knowledge while promoting a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem‑solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by performing tasks in different areas of production as needed.
