Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a Production Hourly role. You will operate on the processing line, performing cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspection tasks to meet strict food safety standards. The job emphasizes safety, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work in cool temperatures, stand 8–11 hours, and lift up to 50 lbs. Education of a high school diploma or GED is preferred, with poultry experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in poultry or food industry is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line following USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Be flexible to work in different production areas as needed.
