Pilgrim’s is seeking team members for our poultry processing line to cut, trim, package, and inspect products while upholding strict food safety standards. You’ll operate equipment, keep the area clean, and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in poultry or food industry is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly with good communication.
• Must be a team player and able to work close to others.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following safety and biosecurity guidelines.
• Support team members and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
• Be flexible to work in different areas of production as needed.
