Cobb is seeking a Poultry Farm Worker at the Tennessee Pedigree Complex in Deer Lodge, TN. The role focuses on cleaning and disinfecting poultry houses, moving birds, and maintaining farm equipment on a 1st shift schedule.

Starting pay is $17.45 per hour with higher differential for evenings, nights, and weekends; temp positions start at $17.35. Benefits include health, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) and education support from day one.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no gaps in employment greater than 6 months in the past 36 months.
• Applicants must reside in the United States to be considered for an interview.
• Previous agricultural or production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect poultry houses and equipment; remove used litter and place new shavings.
• Move birds as required to growing, laying, or live haul areas and ensure load-out readiness.
• Maintain tractors, pressure washers, litter truck, trailers, and perform weekly maintenance checks.
