Cobb Foods in Tennessee Farms is hiring for a general labor position supporting vaccination, blood pull, live hauls, sorting and movement of Cobb products. The role operates on 1ST SHIFT with a 6:00am - 2:00pm window and averages about 42 hours per week, with holiday work as needed.

Starting pay is $18.45 per hour with additional shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends. The job includes biosecurity protocols, physical requirements, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer.
• No additional job gaps in employment greater than 6 months in the past 36 months.
• If applicant has been laid off or providing child or elder care, the employment gap will be increased to 18 months.
• Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.
• Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods.

Responsabilités

• Performs live hauls, vaccination, blood pull, movement, sorting, and clean out of all Cobb products/facilities.
• Loads Cobb products into modules and on to the truck for transport to designated farms, other Cobb complexes and/or processing plant.
• Cleans and disinfects poultry houses, vehicles, modules, and equipment.
• Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
