Cobb-Vantress, LLC in Deer Lodge, TN is seeking a part-time Poultry Farm Worker. Responsibilities include cleaning/ disinfecting poultry houses, moving birds, shavings replacement, and basic maintenance of farm equipment. The role requires biosecurity steps and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no gaps >6 months in past 36 months.
• Rehire rule: no more than 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods.

Responsabilités

• Clean and disinfect poultry houses and equipment using a pressure washer.
• Remove litter from poultry houses and place new shavings.
• Move birds between houses and assist with loadouts.
• Maintain and repair farm equipment and vehicles as needed.
