Qualifications

• Comfortable working on a production line and staying focused on quality and accuracy throughout the shift.
• Basic mechanical aptitude to support routine inspections and troubleshoot issues using hand tools.
• Ability to follow GMP and packaging procedures consistently, including verifying pouch dimensions and seal integrity.
• Experience or willingness to operate forklift and pallet jack equipment to support safe material movement.
• Strong documentation habits, including accurately recording production data and completing required paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor pouching machinery to produce sealed pouches according to specifications.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues using hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge.
• Ensure proper packaging procedures are followed, including verifying pouch dimensions and seal integrity.
• Use forklift and pallet jack equipment to move raw materials, finished products, and pallets safely within the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
