Job summary

Our client in Ferndale, WA is seeking a Machine Operator to support pouching production lines in a food manufacturing facility. The role requires attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to follow SOPs and GMP standards while documenting production data accurately.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating pouching machinery, performing routine inspections, verifying pouch dimensions and seal integrity, and safely moving materials with forklift and pallet jack.

Qualifications

• Must have production facility experience and forklift/pallet jack familiarity.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and use hand tools.
• Follow GMP and packaging procedures and record production data accurately.
• Comfort on a production line with focus on quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor pouching machinery to produce sealed pouches.
• Inspect equipment and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with hand tools.
• Verify pouch dimensions and seal integrity per specifications.
• Move raw materials and finished products with forklift and pallet jack.
• Maintain GMP-compliant workspace and document production data.
