ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Pouch Operator in the United States to set up and operate pouch making machines, turning laminated films into high-quality pouches that meet customer specs. You will assist with material requirements and machine changeovers to ensure smooth production.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on production experience in a fast-paced facility. Lift up to 50 lbs and participate in cross-training across plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Sets up pouch making machines and operates them to meet specs.
• Monitors operation, detects defects, and corrects issues.
• Performs changeovers, maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Supports and coordinates with team to stack, pack, and ship finished boxes.
