Banner Gateway Med Ctr in Gilbert, Arizona is hiring a Certified Patient Care Assistant (Postpartum) for a full-time day shift. You will float across postpartum, labor & delivery, HUC and NICU units, assisting nurses with care of mothers and newborns, and providing clerical support as needed.

The position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus for licensed CNAs or LNAs, and requires current BLS, CNA/LNA certification, and strong organizational skills.

Competenze

• Provides routine patient care to promote comfort and support overall plan of care.
• Collects vital signs, input/output, and other measurements per policy.
• Documents patient data and communicates changes to licensed staff.
• Operates and supports procedures with supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Assist with activities of daily living and basic hygiene.
• Support mobility and nutritional intake as needed.
• Assist with patient transport and unit turnover.
• Handle receptionist/clerical duties and maintain patient records.
