Job summary

Banner Baywood Medical Center in Mesa, AZ, seeks a Certified Patient Care Assistant (CNA/LNA) for the night shift to float across clinical care units. You will provide routine patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support nursing staff in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of CNA/LNA experience, BLS certification, and strong organizational skills. Eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Night differential and weekend rotation apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in state of practice required.
• Recent or prior medical clerical experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and basic hygiene.
• Record vital signs and intake/output; document data.
• Report changes in patient status to licensed staff.
• Assist with procedures and use equipment as directed.
• Provide clerical support to maintain unit operations.
• Maintain patient records and ensure chart forms are accessible.
• Manage supplies and assist with equipment in use on the unit.
• Assist with patient transport and OR turnover when assigned.
