Job summary

Williamson Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Postpartum/Nursery unit in Franklin, TN. This full-time night shift role delivers obstetric, neonatal, and gynecologic care, with emphasis on family education and safety.

The RN will meet TN licensing, BLS, NRP/STABLE as required, and work in a high-acuity environment that supports teamwork and compassionate patient care. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the State of Tennessee.
• Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• NRP within 90 days of hire or agree to obtain.
• STABLE certification or agree to obtain within six months of hire.
• ACLS/ALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric, neonatal, and gynecologic nursing care.
• Maintain patient safety and quality of care in a high-acuity environment.
• Document accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and implement care.

Skills

Perinatal experience

BLS within 90 days

NRP within 90 days

STABLE within 6 months

ACLS/ALS preferred
