Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or degree from an accredited program.

• Ability to return to work within 1 hour when on call.
• Ability to lift up to 250 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments on admitted patients within appropriate time frames.
• Develop individualized care plans with nursing diagnoses and interventions.
• Provide education for patient discharge and post-discharge needs.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses in accordance with policy.
• Document accurately and timely and maintain documentation standards.
• Support charge responsibilities and staff development as needed.
