Requires RN licensure in Tennessee, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and 1 year of RN Women’s Services experience (2+ preferred). Night shift coverage supports high-acuity obstetric care across units.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse required.
• Graduate of an approved discipline-specific program (or equivalent experience).
• 1 year of recent RN Women's Services experience; 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in establishing plan of care and coordinates delivery across continuum.
• Analyzes information to determine nursing diagnoses and progress.
• Promotes health and a safe environment; ensures quality patient outcomes.
