Williamson Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool on the night shift in Franklin, Tennessee. The role involves coordinating, implementing, and planning nursing care across units with a flexible schedule and varied patient populations.

Qualified candidates will hold a TN nursing license, a nursing degree, and basic certifications (BLS; ACLS/PALS where applicable). This position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and compassionate care in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
Licensed in the State of Tennessee.
BLS within 90 days of hire.
ACLS within 6 months of hire (varies by unit).
PALS within 6 months of hire (where applicable).
TNCC/ENPC within 6 months for ER-related roles.
NVCI certification within 6 months for applicable units.
ONS chemo/immunotherapy certification within one year for Oncology.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner.
Performs comprehensive assessment on all patients within the appropriate time of admission.
Plan patient care on an individual basis with identified problems and outcomes.
Administer medications and treatments per policy and competency standards.
Document accurately and timely and reassess patient condition to modify care plan.
