Qualifications

• Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
• Licensed in the State of Tennessee.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• For 3rd floor telemetry unit and float/critical care: ACLS, NVCI within 6 months of hire.
• For Oncology: ONS chemo/immunotherapy certification within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• To coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain patient safety and quality of care across units.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and document care plans.
