Job summary

RieLes Group is seeking a dependable Installation Postal Officer/Printing Service & Support at Carlisle Barracks, PA. This onsite role handles postal operations, mail distribution, shipping support and printing coordination for installation customers.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of customer service and postal or shipping experience, familiarity with military procedures, postage accounting, and handling accountable or classified mail with discretion and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of customer service and postal or shipping experience.
• Active Secret security clearance preferred; eligibility for interim clearances pending.
• Completion of AMPS Official Mail Manager/Mail Clerk training.
• GSA dispatch qualification.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of military postal procedures, postage metering, postal accounting, and accountable or classified mail handling.
• Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to work onsite and provide consistent customer service during operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive, screen, sort, process, and distribute mail per military postal procedures.
• Manage mail dispatch, shipping, and courier coordination.
• Track postage usage and postal accounting records; prepare reports.
• Handle accountable and classified mail per security protocols.
• Coordinate printing services with customers and monitor production requirements.
• Track printing costs and assist with cost reporting and resource management.
• Provide customer service for postal, shipping, and printing inquiries.
• Train couriers on mail handling, delivery, and dispatch procedures.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Perform physical tasks related to mail processing and distribution.
