Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA in Carlisle, PA is seeking a fully onsite Mailroom & Logistics Assistant to support Salisbury based locations. The role handles USPS and interoffice shipments, pickups, routes, and coordination with facilities, IT, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and accurate records.

You will drive on-site vans, manage mail and package sorting for 1100+ stores, operate copiers and printing material, and maintain inventory while providing excellent service to associates.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication with the public.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Able to deliver mail in all weather and meet time constraints.
• Repetitive lifting up to 65 lbs (150 lb team lift) and heavy pallets.
• Pushing 500 lbs.+ on float, pallets can exceed 2000 lbs.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Pickup and deliver U.S. Mail and interoffice mail across Salisbury campuses.
• Operate delivery vehicles and perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Run van routes to 7+ Ahold Delhaize locations and external sites.
• Sort, load, and distribute mail and packages to departments and stores.
• Maintain copier and office equipment supplies and maintenance.
• Coordinate service tickets with IT and vendors.
