Job summary

Delta Capita in Boston is looking for an Analyst to join our Post-Trade Services team. You will be placed on projects with client engagement, gaining exposure across the post-trade lifecycle while receiving training and support.

As an Analyst, you will rotate across areas of financial institutions and clients, building experience in Trade support, settlements, and middle-office activities. Salary range shown is $60,000–$70,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Banking is required.
• Internship experience in Finance or Banking is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and financial data handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up clients with accurate data and signed agreements.
• Perform transactional reporting and investigate breaks impacting regulatory reporting.
• Monitor trades and coordinate with desk to ensure trade flows downstream.
• Answer client queries and support trade settlements tasks.
• Support multiple post-trade processes across projects.
