Job summary

Confidential, a progressive investment management firm with a global footprint, seeks a Senior Systems Analyst for the Post-Trade Technologies team in Boston to support Trade Coordination and Trade Operations.

You will bridge traders and developers, own Post-Trade lifecycle challenges, and apply strong SQL skills to investigate production issues, optimize settlements, and SWIFT workflows.

Onsite work four days a week in the Boston area; Fridays are remote.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in an investment management firm.
• Experience with Post-Trade Settlement and SWIFT message lifecycle.
• Strong SQL skills to investigate production issues and reconcile data.
• Directly worked with traders, trade coordinators, and portfolio managers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for resolving settlement issues.

Responsibilities

• Bridge traders and developers to implement scalable Post-Trade technology solutions.
• Support Trade Coordination and Trade Operations for confirmations and settlements.
• Diagnose and resolve settlement failures by tracing workflows and data flows.
