Radwell International LLC is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (Post Sales) to serve as the primary contact after an order is placed. You will resolve inquiries, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure an exceptional post-sale experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of customer service or related experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume customer-facing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Handle orders, shipments, returns, warranties, and service concerns.
• Collaborate with Shipping, Warehouse, Production, Purchasing, Accounting, Quality, and Sales to resolve issues.
• Provide timely updates and status communications throughout resolution.
• Document interactions, actions taken, and resolutions in company systems.
• Process credits, adjustments, returns, and post-sale transactions as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to management when appropriate.
• Support special projects and process improvements.
