Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ecommerce platforms
• Process orders through company websites and marketplaces like Amazon/eBay
• Identify sales opportunities and convert inquiries into orders
• Follow up on quotes, inquiries, and open orders
• Coordinate inventory and fulfillment with Purchasing
• Inform customers about availability, pricing, and shipping
• Monitor marketplace metrics and customer satisfaction
• Resolve issues to maintain strong marketplace ratings
• Report sales activity and account performance
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to improve processes
