Radwell International LLC is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (Post Sales) to act as the primary contact for customers after an order. You will resolve inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure an exceptional post-sales experience.

Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration across departments are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of customer service or related experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills; experience with CRM/ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Process orders, returns, credits, and post-sale transactions.
• Coordinate with Shipping, Warehouse, Production, Purchasing, Accounting, Quality, and Sales.
• Provide timely status updates to customers and document interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to management when needed.
