Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team supporting pre-sales and production operations.
• Coordinate daily workflow to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Inventory, Purchasing, Logistics, and Tech teams.
• Monitor workflows and identify bottlenecks; implement corrective actions.
• Oversee evaluations, testing coordination, documentation, and production support.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Serve as escalation point for complex operational issues.
• Track performance metrics and prepare leadership reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and productivity.
