Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in administrative, office coordination, scheduling, customer service, or project support preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable following established processes and checklists.
• Experience with municipal permitting or construction administration is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit permit applications for generator installation projects.
• Coordinate with municipalities regarding permit requirements and approvals.
• Maintain organized records of permits, approvals, inspection results, and related correspondence.
• Set up customer projects in company systems and maintain accurate project records.
• Track each project from sale to completion and follow up on missing information or delays.
• Coordinate scheduling between customers, installation crews, and subcontractors.
• Provide customers with professional updates regarding permitting, scheduling, installation, and inspections.
